Anything about Shandong University Scholarship for Outstanding International Students?

Hello everyone.

The past few days I’ve been obsessed and I’ve been seeking for universities and free opportunities for education China and I came across Shandong University. I’m interested in their Undergraduate program of Nursing in English. I already have an undergraduate degree from university in my country, but in another field. Unfortunately I’m not able to apply for CSC because it’s available only for Undergraduate programs taught in Chinese. That’s how I found their own scholarship for outstanding international students. To be honest, at first sight it looks very tempting, because it says that there is a an opportunity for full scholarship which covers basically everything for the duration of the study, but on the other hand after a research I saw a presentation in YouTube of the university and when they explained that  this kind of scholarship is partial. 
 

So if anyone who has experience with applying and if knows what are the chances be admitted with full scholarship roughly, I would be very grateful. Also if anyone has graduated from or it’s a current student in the Nursing program it would be great to share your experience and your opinion about the program.
 

And last but not least I don’t see any specific requirements such as passing any test in Biology, Chemistry or any other science class and as a person who doesn’t have any medical educational background, I’m concerned if I would be eligible due to the circumstances.

Their webpage seems so outdated and empty and barely find anything 😭
