Seeking Traditional Chinese Calligraphy Artist for Custom Poem (Paid Work)

I have a poem that I wanted to be put into caligraphy.  Wondering if anyone knows a good place to get handmade calligraphy as a digital asset?

The poem is this:

沙海连天远，

青山共岁长。 

三人生辰日， 

同醉月如霜。

 

Any help pointing me int he right direction or feedback on the poem itself is welcome!

It's for three friends birthdays and we are getting a shirt made with the poem on it for a trip to China we have planned.
